Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SiteCanvas (“SiteCanvas”, “we”, “us”), a website builder and content management service operated by Webonized LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use SiteCanvas.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use SiteCanvas.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SiteCanvas to: violate any law; infringe others’ intellectual property or privacy; distribute malware, spam, or harmful content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users’ data; or interfere with the normal operation of the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create with SiteCanvas (your websites, text, images, calendars, and other material). You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, and display your content in order to provide the service. You are responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the rights to use it.

4. Connected services (including Google Calendar)

SiteCanvas lets you connect third-party services, such as Google Calendar, to display your information on your website. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms. When you connect Google Calendar, we access your calendar data on a read-only basis solely to display your events on your website, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect a connected service at any time.

5. Payment and plans

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider (Stripe) according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

6. Publishing

You are solely responsible for the websites you publish using SiteCanvas and their content. You must comply with all applicable laws and these Terms. We may remove content or suspend a published site that violates these Terms or applicable law.

7. Service availability and changes

We work to keep SiteCanvas available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

SiteCanvas is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webonized LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using SiteCanvas and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any lawful reason, with notice where practicable.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Webonized LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
